Un jour, tu réaliseras qu’il y a trop d’assiettes dans le placard.
Trop de pièces dans la maison.
Et que la télé reste allumée juste pour combler le silence.

Un jour, tu chercheras comment occuper tes journées…
Et tu repenseras à ce temps où 24 heures ne suffisaient pas.
Où tu t’enfermais dans la salle de bain pour avoir cinq minutes de calme.
Où les jouets traînaient partout.
Où les verres sales s’entassaient dans l’évier.

Un jour, tu marcheras dans une maison parfaitement rangée, mais vide.
Et tu comprendras que ce chaos d’autrefois… c’était de l’amour partout.
C’était la vie. La vraie. Celle de tes enfants.

Et tu repenseras à tous ces moments où tu disais :
“J’ai hâte qu’ils grandissent…”

Mais ce jour-là, tu donnerais tout pour revenir en arrière.
Juste une journée.
Avec du bruit, du désordre, des rires, des câlins volés…
Avec eux.

Parce que le silence reviendra.
Le calme aussi.
Mais ce tumulte épuisant ?
C’était la plus belle forme de bonheur.

Die (nicht repärsentative) Umfrage zum neuen SVP-Bundesrat als Nachfolger von Guy Parmesan zeigt ein klares Resultat. Der Mann eurer Wahl ist Rémy Wyssmann. Ob er dann von der SVP auch aufs Ticket gesetzt wird, werden wir dann sehen.

The Jacques Baud Interviews: Condemned for Speaking the Objective Truth

On Saturday, October 24, I travelled to Brussels, Belgium. My mission: to interview Jacques Baud, the retired Swiss Colonel and veteran intelligence officer sanctioned by the European Union for telling the truth about the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.

Jacques and I met in the home of one of his friends and close supporters, and over the course of several hours engaged in a wide ranging conversation about his life and work, and the consequences of being sanctioned by the European Union, accused of being a Russian propagandist.

The interview, recorded by my daughter, Victoria and edited by Alexandra Madornaya, will be released in two parts.

Part One will explore the life and times of Jacques Baud, tracing his work as a Swiss Strategic Intelligence Officer, United Nations Peacekeeper, and NATO Humanitarian specialist. This interview underpins the reality that Jacques Baud is the furthest thing from a Russian propagandist. Trained in the US and UK, Jacques is an intelligence professional whose objectivity and adherence to fact-based analysis is backed by a track record of proven performance at the highest levels of international policy making.

Part Two will dive into Jacques writing and podcasts done after retirement. It is work that had him targeted by the European Union for sanctions which, when taken at face value, were tantamount to a death sentence. In a recent review of his case by the European Union, Jacques’ sanctions were extended. The reason why? He was too neutral and too objective in his assessments, and as such his work would help Russia and hinder the European Union.

Condemned to die because he was too objective, and too neutral.

It is my honor and privilege to publish these interviews, and to further the work of Jacques Baud, a heroic man on the frontlines of the fight for free speech.

I could not believe my ears. No matter what virtues we possess, the devil also possesses them. No matter what virtues we acquire, we will never match the virtues the devil had when he was an archangel, and yet, he lost all of them.
Why? Because he lacked one virtue. We must strive to acquire this virtue in order to be saved. The devil overpowers us not only with sins; he overpowers us with virtues even more than with sins. We can see sins and avoid them, but we actively fight to acquire virtues.
As one saint said: 'Want to fast? The devil helps you. Want to give alms? The devil helps you. Want to build temples? The devil helps you. Why? Because he knows that if we achieve all this, we may become proud and destroy everything.'

Und das, mein Guter, ist das Dilemma... Der Beste ist auch der "Gefährlichste" für deren Agenda. Jene, die nicht für 🇨🇭 wirklich einstehen.

Gerade wegen seiner hervorragenden Qualifikation wird er von der Mehrheit links der Mitte nicht gewählt. Die Bundesversammlung wählt meist die Unfähigsten wie Jans, Cassis und Baume.
