@AerLingus why change my seat last minute- i have a disability and did not claim it while booking and instead BOUGHT a seat close to the front- as to make it a streamline process while traveling. I notified the rude agent in Amsterdam and she shrugged.

@AerLingus what is the deal? walked up to flight and they change the seat i bought in advance and already paid for… this is not a great start to my preferred partnership with your airline
