We dont like to make videos complaining but the witch hat atelier dub has been genuinely an issue that no one seems willing to talk about it

At MCM london we accidentally ended up in a conversation with @JoshStrifeHayes after mistaking him for a cosplayer of himself...
Had a great chat where he foolishly expressed interest in a video we had planned analyzing anime
Anyway its been 2 months but the video is finished!
@catboygilgamesh If only someone had made a stupidly long video explaining the history of bishounen and bishoujo....specifically to keep the terminology alive....

Ah the ever constant:
"I like anime"
"oh i like anime too"
"Yeah but im not one of those freaks that are too into it"
"Ah....cool i will probably never talk to you again"
something I have noticed is now that "anime culture" is so common and ubiquitous, finding actual dedicated weeaboos is kinda difficult. everyone is a casual.
@put_to_sheep@VerilyRosen If we ever have ยฃ200 spare sure xd
We just do it while watching anime so its productive lol i think weve made over 1000 stickers this way
@VerilyRosen Yeah for sure, at a certain point youre not a convention artist you're a product designer. Which isnt bad or anything but it does feel very different to crocheting a hundred plushies. If you dont have the money the solution is to learn a skill not outsource to poorer areas.
@VerilyRosen We started doing cons this year and a key thing we wanted to do was make it as cheaply and in house as possible. Yeah this means we only have stickers and prints and have to cut things out by hand. But it feels nicer than outsourcing everything to dubious companies.
