Rain got in the way again so we didn’t get to finish on Sunday. These girls showed out on Friday and Saturday. Heading to CO next week.

The weather has not been our friend this summer as we had our second tournament cancelled due to rain.  

Our team was 4-1 in the Top Gun Gateway Showcase prior to cancellation.  

I had a strong weekend offensively with a .462AVG (.800AVG RISP), 1.5 OPS, 6 hits, 1HR, 4 2Bs, 7 RBIs, 5 Runs and 0Ks.  

My pitching was solid in 2 of the 3 games I pitched, allowing 9 hits over 8 inning with 5 ERs, 5Ks and 2 BBs.

I also got the chance to play 3 different positions (LF, 3B and P) with 0 errors.  

Working hard this week to get ready for a week in Colorado!

I had a great time competing with my team in the Top Gun Heartland Showcase last weekend. We went 6-0 before rain cancelled the tournament.

I pitched well with 11 innings pitched, a 1.2ERA, 8Ks and 2BBs.

My hitting was solid with a .375 AVG, .429 OBP, 3 doubles, 6 RBIs, 9 Runs, 2 HBP and 2 SF.

I also got the opportunity to play 3 different positions (3B, 2B and P). I had 0 errors in 12 chances and a double play.

Legends National 16U finished as Tournament Champions of the Top Gun Discovery Showcase tournament!

I finished the weekend with a .318 AVG, .428 OBP, 7 hits, 2 HRs, a double, 7 RBIs, 5 runs, 4 walks and 1K.

I pitched 13 innings with 8Ks and a 3.5 ERA. I also had 0 fielding errors in 16 chances and played 4 different positions (3B, SS, 2B and P)!

I love competing with this group!!

I kicked off the weekend with another HR yesterday! I finished 2-2 with a HR, 3RBI’s and 2 walks in our second pool game. I also pitched 7 innings and allowed only 2 earned runs with 4Ks.

In our first pool game I got the opportunity to make plays at 3B.

2-0 so far with two more today!

I had the opportunity to hit a game tying double today and then a game winning dive to end it (off a nice hit from #99). I finished the day 2-4 with 2 doubles, 1 RBI, 2 runs and 1 walk. I also had some nice plays at 3B, my fourth different position on the weekend.

6A State Championship on Friday and 4-5 with a HR, triple, 2 singles and 6 RBIs on Saturday. I also pitched 3 innings and allowed 0 with 3Ks and 1 walk and some nice plays at SS.
