Our iTeam member @ms_liou is just the most fabulous! She is here for JHE Technology PLC day supporting staff with all of their technology needs. JHE staff never worries about giving her their precious time because they know her value! She truly is an example of #RISDBeTheOne
One of the best things about this Staff Kickball game between Jess Harben and Terrace is the teachers discovering their poster in the hallway. Pure joy and excitement! #RisdBeTheOne
Support our school! We are working on getting new headphones for each student in school and are looking to donors choose for support. This project is for 2nd - 6th and would love your support, even sharing our project helps! https://t.co/UTSP3VU8Iy
One of my favorite lessons all year is library orientation because we have the Library Olympics. Students compete in all activities & have a specific set of skills each team member must complete with the opportunity for penalty points. It’s a speed walking race and they love it!
Multicultural Night is Thursday February 22 and our very first multicultural doll from a student and his family came in! How perfect is this!?!?! #HarbenHawk4Life@LIBRARIESinRISD@JessHarbenElem
6th grade Mini research project in action. Students researching the why behind certain logos and working on a redesign to make it more descriptive and relevant in 2024. Add a little iPad pen and everyone is engaged! #LibrariesinRisd
Today was such a busy day! First up celebrating the kids and their chocolate sales last semester. Look at just a small snippet of the show they got! They are talented!! Best part for me, sharing the show with my mini me.
9 months pregnant & still supporting in the library! Library is a big job! Kids are working & need support. Kids are searching for books, want recommendations & help finding. & yes, kids need help with self checkout. That is a lot of help for 1 person. I can always count on her!
JHE 6th Grade Leadership Society working on resumes for their future. Never too early to start recognizing what you have to offer! They have SO much! @LIBRARIESinRISD#RISDWeAreOne
