In light of the Mann vs Simberg / Steyn ruling, Science Magazine has this brand new editorial out essentially saying that scientists and their research findings are a protected class that can’t be criticized by members of the general public. The only way to handle scientific disagreement is to submit your work through the peer-review process and get it published in a scientific journal, as if there aren’t any flaws in that process.

On days when they're not geoengineering, planes follow defined flight paths. When they do, they fly a grid.

@Alec_Zeck Last flight I saw a plane pass below us spewing out far more than the usual exhaust. Was too quick for me to photo, but 1st shot is at same altitude above a natural cloud layer. 2nd is having descended to plane's altitude. See the grid pattern? Also the dirtier colour of the air.
