“…how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures..” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
The Gospel of The Grace of God
-It is of Christ and His work, his death on the cross, burial, and resurrection (1 Corinthians 15:3-4) which saves everyone that believes (Romans 1:16).
-It saves men by the grace of God through faith, without any works (Ephesians 2:8-9).
-It is the power of God unto salvation for all without partiality (Romans 1:16).
-It is what Paul preached, in which the all other apostles affirmed (Galatians 2:9).
-It is where men’s secrets will be judged (Romans 2:16) and is the mystery of God which is now revealed to all (Romans 16:25).
-It brings supernatural peace (Romans 10:15).
-It is that which national Israel rejects now (Romans 11:28).
-It is about the cross of Christ and has nothing to do with man’s religious systems, traditions, or theological wisdom (1 Corinthians 1:17).
-It is to be preached (1 Corinthians 9:14) and believing men must preach it for salvation (1 Corinthians 9:16; 2 Corinthians 10:14).
-It was dispensed to the apostle Paul (1 Corinthians 9:17), for the Gentiles (Galatians 2:2; Galatians 2:7).
-It is hid to those who are lost (2 Corinthians 4:3), as the devil blinds unbelievers to it’s power (2 Corinthians 4:4).
-It is the only one to be declared and preached today (2 Corinthians 11:4; Galatians 1:6-7), and there is a curse on anyone who preaches any other gospel (Galatians 1:8-9).
-It is to be preached free of charge (2 Corinthians 11:7).
-It is NOT of man (Galatians 1:11) but of God (1 Thessalonians 2:8).
-It moves in power to save with the Holy Ghost (1 Thessalonians 1:5).
-It is the word of truth (Ephesians 1:13) which when believed, and trusted on, seals believers with the Holy Spirit.
-It is to be defended (Philippians 1:7, 17).
-It is what we labor in promoting (Philippians 4:3).
-It comes with troubles, persecutions, and afflictions (2 Timothy 1:8).
