I’m from Ethiopia, and I want to speak on behalf of the millions of Ethiopians who rely on Binance P2P in their daily lives.

Before moving to ban Binance P2P trading, I urge you to fully consider the consequences of such a decision. The current economic crisis was not created by ordinary citizens or P2P users. It is the result of failed government policies, reckless fiscal decisions, and years of economic mismanagement that have driven inflation to devastating levels.

Our government must be held accountable for the economic instability it has produced, rather than shifting blame onto citizens seeking practical alternatives to protect their income and preserve their financial independence.

Banning Binance P2P would not be economic reform. It would be a direct attack on financial access, personal freedom, and the civil rights of Ethiopians already struggling under severe economic pressure.

We are not asking for privilege. We are asking for fairness, accountability, and the right to access the financial tools that allow us to survive.
