@bmanthirteen@billseitz_@j_warner156@CPyles8 So it sounds like he probably gained about 15 pounds in a year. If youβre in your 20βs hitting the weight room as hard as possible, following a strict bulking diet, and probably taking creatine, this sounds pretty attainable.
@jtd941@Ritabook15@CPyles8 Rita is acting like any 20 year old wrestler that gains 10 pounds in a year is juicing. Some of them are just still growing. Some of them are getting more serious about the weight room/nutrition
@jtd941@Ritabook15@CPyles8 Iβve been in the weight room on and off for the past 20 years. I hadnβt been consistent but Iβm not a beginner. Iβve just been much more disciplined with my lifting and diet for a year. I had lots of teammates back in college that would put on 10-15 pounds of muscle in a year
@realhawkmash@CPyles8 As a D2 wrestler 20 years ago, I was tested with very little warning. The NCAA rep was in the room with me staring directly at my cock as I tried to pee. I donβt see anyone cheating that test.
@Ritabook15@jtd941@CPyles8 Iβm 43 years old. Iβve put on about 12 pounds of muscle in the past year by lifting weights and eating a ton of protein. Iβm pretty sure kids in their 20βs have much higher natural testosterone levels than I do, so it should be easier for them
@Ritabook15 @Standup__Man @CPyles8 Zahid Valencia, Kyle Dake, Yonger Bastida, Myles Martin⦠were those guys juicing, too? Or is it only the Penn State guys?
@jakereimers4@Brushfire_Pat@MrPatMineo I was tested in college as a D2 wrestler. That was 20 years ago so I donβt know what the situation is like today, but I had very little warning, and the NCAA rep was in the room with me staring right at my cock as I peed. I canβt imagine anyone cheating that test.
Iβm sorryβ¦ can you think of a better use of taxpayer funds than giving $84M to the Clintons? I meanβ¦ aside from sending it directly to Ukraine, of course.
