Overwatch's bad history means that almost no one is on their side while they're trying to fight for the good of everyone. They are very much the underdogs in a world controlled by corrupt and powerful organizations and individuals who could easily end them for good.
Also I understand the frustration of Overwatch not doing anything while Talon keeps getting away with stuff but I think that's kind of the point. Sojourn is stressing over having to hold Overwatch together under very strict guidelines and protocols given to her by the IJC.
On top of having to train some very inexperienced soldiers in their already small organization, Sojourn's decision holds a lot of weight because it will determine how the war against Talon will go.

I like Anran and Wuyang because they seem like characters with lots of room to grow and mature now that they're getting their first taste of the real world. Undivided gives us a lot more of that growth than the in-game interactions ever will.
I feel like the Ye siblings are the most misunderstood characters in Overwatch right now because their whole thing is that they've got very little life experience outside of college and are very sheltered compared to the other young adults. Anran tried to 1v20 Talon soldiers.
Like yes, I do expect Wuyang to get butterflies and lose all his focus over a girl. That sounds like almost every teenage boy ever. The way it ended was satisfying too because he learned to value Juno as a friend first and look out for her needs like a real friend does.
