As an RBT this breaks my heart for that little boy and his family. Many of these children can’t communicate- and so much of this goes on in this field. I am sick to my stomach watching this..
my kiddos are my world and I couldn’t imagine doing this to them..

JUST IN: Sunrise Autism Center employee charged with assaulting a 3-year-old boy during her *first* shift where she was allowed to be unsupervised.

25-year-old Arianna Williams was recorded assaulting a child in Minneapolis.

Williams defended herself, saying she was just "having a really bad start to the week" in a text message to a co-worker.

The mother says her son was diagnosed with autism just one year before and said she cried when she saw the footage.

Williams was charged with malicious punishment of a child.

Disgusting.

This is why we are homeschooling. I have nothing against The LGBTQA+ or people that use different pronouns. But please stop forcing it on small children. They have enough to learn in school and how to please people and their pronouns is not one of them

Parents are blasting Dewitt Public Schools’ decision to introduce a lesson on pronouns in elementary school.

Thr lesson will help students practice using they/them pronouns and teach them not to misgender.

@tgod That’s what I did, I would actually get weirded out because that’s not how I grew up seeing relationships. I thought that wasn’t for me. But I assume that’s what others can do, it could also be a trauma bond

@tgod For me, it was because that’s all I knew. From what I grew up seeing in relationships it’s just how I felt it should be. It wasn’t until I went to therapy I started to break away from that. Some women do that because it’s what they’re used too and come from.
