Normani gets candid about setbacks that cut the ‘Dopamine’ era short:
“If I’m being transparent, I know that you guys were frustrated. Imagine that times 10 for me. I feel, like, there were such heartaches and heartbreaks that I felt I went through, just in terms of the process of having all these things lined up and aspirations, and things we talked about and aiming towards that didn’t come into fruition. I think, for me, in real time, I was navigating and felt like- I don’t want to say that I let you guys down- but you deserve so much more.”
Piers Morgan talks about Ariana Grande in new post:
“I've no idea what's going on with Ariana Grande but I do know, after spending a random evening with her in a Beverly Hills restaurant a few years ago, that she's a genuinely great person: intelligent, funny, engaging, and of course, supremely talented. Fame at her pop superstar level can be a very difficult and lonely place. So, I urge all the trolls currently making her life a misery with this constant chuntering about her appearance to back off and give her the space she needs to sort herself out.”
“No matter what noises exist out there, nothing will ever be able to distort my reality or be more real to me or louder to me than this love that we share.”

Normani’s manager describes the singer’s upcoming era as her being “grown” and says she will “annoyingly be in your face.”
She also stresses that Normani will deliver everything fans expect from her.
Ariana Grande sets the record straight regarding her decision to take a break after the ‘eternal sunshine’ tour during tonight’s Chicago show:
“The announcement that was made yesterday was not a reactive or impulsive thing. It is something that I had decided to plan quietly a long time ago, and the decision was made thoughtfully […] I heard that my fans were worried that negativity ruined [the ‘petal’ era] but I have to say that could have not be more the f**k opposite. Boundaries need to be set. Human beings need a break sometimes. This [tour] can be, and will continue to be, the greatest experience of my professional career.”
Ariana Grande plans to step away from the public eye after the ‘eternal sunshine’ tour due to “intensified scrutiny” of her health and body, including dropping out of the ‘Sunday in the Park with George’. (via PEOPLE)
