When people make a dramatic diet change and claim a specific food has "healed" them, like they've personally unlocked some secret molecule in a blueberry or avocado, the result actually came from what food was replaced by that whole food. It wasn't the blueberry that healed you.
I worry that ChatGPT makes people feel like they've already accomplished "the goal" before even starting on the long, difficult journey of a new venture. Predictions, overly positive, "RARE."
