I say this as someone who would have counted as one of their views - their takes were horrendous boomer slop. There’s no analysis or insight, it’s just “more passion, more fight, more Bernie”
You watch to laugh at them, not be informed.
@Boro_Breakdown & @Boropolis levels above
“People get obsessed with stats and save percentage”
Literally the segment before making excuses for Sol Brynn, when he’s constructing an argument against a player who isn’t Sol Brynn….
@GraemeBandeira Is it not more a case of not overthinking it?
You finished 4 points off 2nd with:
3rd worst goals prevented
5th worst shooting performance
Upgrade both boxes & that more or less solves it. I don’t look at Boro & think they ever get bullied. 1st for ground duels won % for e.g.
I think we did need a striker, but the alternative approach of more wingers or attacking mids and a GK would have been a fine alternative approach.
Not doing either and then letting Zorg go was a huge mistake. He would have been a good sub to come on in all those play-off games.
From the first whistle back in August all the way to Wembley, your support has never wavered.
Home and away, through highs and lows, we have taken on every challenge as one.
Thank you, Boro fans, for your incredible support. We move forward together.
@JimmyLeeso@GraemeBandeira@Jordanwalker280 We won’t be in for either. We could have got Jack Clarke this season as he wanted to come back to the north-east, we wouldn’t pay his wages.
Dan James is on about £60k a week, non-starter.
If we’d backed Hellberg in January and and got up these players would both be viable.
Season over in the cruelest way possible at Wembley 🫠
New Typical Boro pod out tomorrow to discuss what was, what might have been, and where we go from here.

Can’t wait for a certain podcaster to assure us that Sol Brynn is a good goalkeeper, that wasn’t his fault, ignore the stats, his eyes know best as he was a goalkeeper once upon a time 🙄
Defeatist attitude. Sunderland were in a similar position to us not long ago, now they’re one game from Europe because they acted with ambition.
Meanwhile we’re being told to be grateful for competing in the Championship. We’re historically bigger than Brentford & Bournemouth.
@Strickland__Ben “Did everything right in his first two chances” then in your next sentence “should’ve had better connection”.
2 huge chances and missed them both. That’s the reason we’re 0-0 and not winning.
You’re just saying whatever to avoid admitting you were wrong on striker in Jan.
