Autonomys Weekly Wrap-Up – Sept 20th, 2024
This week continued our momentum toward Mainnet Phase-1. Each team has been hard at work laying the groundwork for our future as the foundation layer for AI3.0. Here are some of our key updates:

Operations ⚙️
• With Gemini 3h now concluded, the operations team is assisting the Subspace Foundation in finalizing tokenomics for the upcoming release.
• We continue to onboard new partnerships rapidly, positioning Autonomys for future growth.
​
Protocol 🛠️
• Finalizing consensus parameters for Mainnet Phase-1, including data replication factors and block rewards as set by the Subspace Foundation.
• Improving on-chain data retrieval and various domain fixes, optimizing GPU plotting and sync improvements.
​
Products 🧩
• Rapid progress on Auto Drive, our first data access layer application.
• Working to ensure transparency on incentivized testnet rewards on Astral ahead of mainnet launch.
• Experimenting with autonomous agents and their integration points with web3 and the Autonomys Network

Business Development 🤝
• Token2049 was a fruitful experience for networking and connecting with current and future partners. We look forward to many exciting conversations and opportunities to share with the community as these connections develop.

Marketing 🎤
• Our efforts at Token2049 were a huge success, where we co-hosted 5 side events and attended numerous others. We connected with visionary teams focused on decentralization and AI technologies, all with the shared goal of enhancing human quality of life through technological innovation.

Ecosystem & Community 🌍
• This week, we bid a fond farewell to the final incentivized testnet and provided a preview of the exciting opportunities to participate leading up to mainnet and beyond.
• We’ve onboarded nine apprentice ambassadors to our education program, and are wishing them success as they aim to make the grade!
