Ohnepixel breaks down after his own Reddit community criticized him for clipfarming to entertain TikTok kids 🥺💔
"If they complain, why don't they just leave? I wanna do what I wanna do.. Why does it make me so sad? It's been like every week.. Usually, I don't cry."
If I were to wake up tomorrow as hypothyroid as I was 10 years ago, here's what I'd do to fix it:
• Eat a warm, satiating breakfast within 40 minutes of waking (daily, no exceptions). E.g., chicken soup + orange juice.
• Eat at least 300 grams of net carbs/day, and make sure that carbohydrates are the key macro at every meal. The release of the active thyroid hormone (T3) directly corresponds to dietary carbohydrate intake. I'd focus on nutrient-dense carbs like ripe fruit (e.g., oranges, papayas, grapes, mangoes, cantaloupes), freshly-pressed orange & pomegranate juice, potatoes, squashes, and yams.
• Ditch the plant milks and switch to warm goat milk, while also becoming diligent about getting at least 1 gram of calcium/day.
• Ditch all polyunsaturated oils (e.g., canola, sunflower, soybean, rice, sesame oil), avoid fatty chicken & pork, and avoid all products that use these oils (Read labels. Most conventional pantry items, spreads, and dressings contain them).
• Ditch all raw vegetables (temporarily) and ditch all raw, cruciferous vegetables permanently (always cooking them thoroughly before eating). Goitrogens in raw crucifers mess with iodine handling.
• Stop over-training, reduce training intensity and/or frequency, and NEVER train fasted or hungry.
• NO fasting. A minimum of 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) + a potential bedtime snack.
• Cut out all nuts and seeds (at least temporarily).
• Eat at least 2,000 kcal/day.
• No coffee on an empty stomach.
• Warm ginger tea before every meal and in between meals for hydration.
• Cook only with coconut oil (at least temporarily)
• Get vitamin D levels up by taking 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 per day.
• Selenomethionine or SelenoExcell taken 3-4 times a week + a pinch of wakame seaweed added to broths and soups.
• Chicken liver, eaten 1-2 times per week, beef liver 1-2 times a month, and oysters 3-4 times a month for vitamins and minerals (can't make thyroid hormones without retinol, selenium, and iron).
• Cut out grains (at least temporarily), especially wheat/gluten.
• Check ferritin levels & full iron panel (to rule out an iron deficiency).
• Get as much sun as possible during the day & use red light therapy in winter.
• Warm meals (soups, stews) > salads or smoothies.
• Don't neglect sleep by staying up too late.
• Take rest seriously, don't push yourself to exhaustion.
• Get magnesium levels up with magnesium chloride spray, Epsom salt baths, & magnesium taurate or mag glycinate supplements.
• Consider taking a natural desiccated thyroid supplement for some time (to counter epigenetic memory + provide thyroid specific peptides).
• Prioritize gelatinous meats (e.g., beef cheeks, oxtail, tripe) and shellfish over chicken breast.
• Consider using small amounts of progesterone in the luteal phase.

There is one tiny step after though. That is to, out of love for God in Mankind, serve as a lighthouse for those who need an external guide to help them remember.
This has to come effortlessly though out of overflow. I'm not entirely there yet, as there is still effort for me here (i.e. i sometimes see it as a DUTY, which on occasion is tiring).
But I'm surrendering this effort slowly.
spermidine is the only naturally occurring compound that triggers autophagy (your body's cellular recycling system) through the same mechanism as fasting without requiring you to fast. let that sink in. a molecule found in wheat germ and aged cheese activates the same anti aging pathway that caloric restriction does. you get fasting benefits from a capsule
spermidine was named the #1 trending longevity supplement of 2026 at the Vitafoods Europe summit. the longevity research community is now more excited about this compound than any other supplement on the market. a 187 patient double blind cardiac trial (POLYCAD) at Aarhus University Hospital is expected to deliver results this year. the research community isn't excited about a vitamin. it's excited about a compound that might fundamentally alter how we age
the mechanism: spermidine inhibits an enzyme called EP300 (acetyltransferase) that acts as a brake on autophagy. when EP300 is blocked, the brake releases and autophagy activates. damaged proteins are cleared. dysfunctional mitochondria are recycled. senescent cells are tagged for removal. the cellular cleanup that your body is supposed to perform automatically slows dramatically after age 30. spermidine restarts it. that's the mechanism. remove the brake. the cleanup resumes
• extended lifespan by 25% in yeast, 15% in flies, and 10% in mice in published longevity studies. the lifespan extension was abolished when autophagy genes were knocked out, confirming the effect is autophagy dependent
• a large observational study of 829 humans found that higher dietary spermidine intake was associated with significantly lower all cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality. the people who ate more spermidine lived longer. the association was dose dependent
• improves memory and cognitive function in elderly subjects in a 3 month clinical trial. the cognitive improvement was attributed to autophagy clearing the protein aggregates associated with neurodegeneration
• enhances cardiac function in aging models by clearing damaged mitochondria from heart cells. the heart is the most mitochondria dense organ in the body. clearing damaged mitochondria improves the efficiency of every heartbeat
• acts as a fasting mimetic: activates the same AMPK and SIRT1 pathways that caloric restriction activates. the longevity benefits of fasting are largely autophagy mediated. spermidine activates autophagy without the hunger
• your body produces spermidine naturally but production declines by roughly 50% between age 20 and 60. the age related decline in autophagy mirrors the decline in spermidine almost exactly. the cell stopped cleaning because the molecule that triggers cleaning disappeared
the pharmaceutical industry is spending billions developing mTOR inhibitors and senolytic drugs to achieve what spermidine does through a natural pathway that has existed in every living organism for billions of years. the drug versions will cost $500+ per month when they arrive. the wheat germ version costs $25 per month now
1 to 2mg of spermidine daily from a standardized wheat germ extract supplement. take in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum autophagy activation. primeadine and oxford healthspan are the two most researched brands. alternatively: eat 2 tablespoons of wheat germ daily ($0.15) for roughly 1mg of dietary spermidine. effects on cellular markers measurable at 3 months. the longevity research community considers it the most promising compound since resveratrol. $25 per month
the molecule your body uses to trigger its own anti aging cleanup system declines by 50% as you age. the cleanup slows. the damage accumulates. the aging accelerates. spermidine restarts the system. $0.83 per day for the compound that the largest longevity trial of 2026 is built around. the most important molecule in aging research this year isn't a drug. it's in aged cheese and wheat germ.
the three daughters had their own children eat their remains upon death.
King Fritz ordered Maria, Rose, and Sina to bear children and pass down Ymir's power. When each daughter died, their respective children consumed their remains, splitting the 3 power branches into 9 distinct Titan Shifters
