Hello there!
If you go to the link below it should take you to a page where you are able to select "Verify with another method". Once you have selected this, you'll be able to enter your devices (Meta Quest) serial number, order number, or email to get into the contact form.
Support Link: https://t.co/6FfPrcbMBR
You will not be able to use the contact form if you don't own a Quest device. I'm unable to assist you further, but if you run into any Quest implementation issues or Quest development issues in the future, reach back out to us.

Launching an app can be daunting, so we made a “Golden Path” launch guide with videos and resources designed to help you maximize exposure, spark interest, and drive conversions. https://t.co/as3nhFc4a6
Hey thanks for the heads up!
If you go to your Developer Dashboard > Team (on the left hand side) > Contact Us, this will open a new window where you can reach out to the team best suited to help with your app submission. Click "New" in the top right and fill in the information to the best of your ability. If you have any issues finding the form or questions on filling it out, let me know.
If you have any implementation questions in the future, don't hesitate to reach out to us!

Hey there!
We're sorry to see that you're having issues with your controllers and we just wanted to gather some extra information so we can take a look into this for you.
Are your controllers being detected by your headset during regular use outside of the developer environment? Is it only Unity that's not detecting any input from your controllers?
Thank you in advance, and let us know if you have any additional questions, we're happy to help!

@klick_fr Hello there!
I understand you're having some trouble with your In-App Purchases, and I get how frustrating that can be. If you're still experiencing that issue, feel free to shoot us a DM and we'd be happy to look into it further.

We're aware of an issue with leaderboards disappearing from published Horizon apps. We appreciate your patience while we worked on a fix. The issue is now resolved.
@tomreason@MetaQuestVR Hey Tom!
Thanks for calling this out. We're aware of the issue, and we're actively working on a fix. The leaderboards aren't deleted and progress is not lost, but the ones missing from the API response will be unavailable until the fix rolls out. Hope this helps!

Absolutely! The easiest way to make a bug report outside of your headset is by using Report a Bug in the Meta Quest Developer Hub or in the Horizon mobile app under Report a Problem. Here's the guide for how to submit bug reports on mobile: https://t.co/HjtdoswKqe.
Please let us know if there's anything else we can help with here!

Hello there!
It looks like you're interested in adding Dolby Atmos support to your app! To get started, you'll need to apply for a Dolby Atmos license. You can find all the details you need here https://t.co/4C6YeQ2izK.
As for not seeing Dolby Atmos in your decoder, the support actually comes from the apps or games themselves. If you have anymore Quest development related questions, do not hesitate to reach out!
Hope this helps!

Hey, thanks for reaching out!
We're looking into this for you, but in the meantime, could we get a little more information on what you're trying to do?
What have you already tried and how has it not been working for you?
Any specifics you can provide will be greatly appreciated!
