After taking proactive followups, you are still not able to deliver.
Please fix the loopholes in your delivery system.
For delivery there is a OTP, why it's not there for cancellation?
It is giving free hand to your logistics partner to cancel the order without any consent.

Recently, there was an unauthorised transaction in my bank account done via AEPS on 24/12/23. I noticed it on 28/12/23 as I didn't get any SMS.
Support and Bank branch are not ta any complaints.
Is this how a bank build trust?

I contacted SBI customer support and nearest branch in Pune, they didn't help me on this.
Isn't it customer's right to know where this transaction was done and other important information regarding this?
I have raised a complaint on @Cyberdost portal.
