We regret to inform you that a critical issue occurred within the “MasterChef” staking reward wallet system.

The cause of this issue was the continuous emission of excessively high APR rewards since the platform launch, which resulted in excessive load on the system.

We are pleased to announce that this issue has now been fully resolved, and improvements have been implemented to ensure stable operation even under high APR conditions.

However, an additional issue has also been identified.

■ For users who participated in Farms
Some users who had already participated in Farms experienced their LP funds becoming locked, making withdrawals currently unavailable.

■ Compensation for users who participated in Pools
Users who participated in Pools will receive compensation equal to their asset balance at the time the issue occurred, plus an additional 5% provided by the team.

■ Compensation for users who participated in Farms
Users who participated in Farms will receive compensation equal to their asset balance at the time the issue occurred, plus an additional 10% paid in MK tokens.

【Compensation / Refund Method】
Compensation will be sent directly in MK tokens to the wallet address used by each eligible user.

【Refund Processing Period】
We are currently processing compensation requests sequentially.
All refunds are expected to be completed within a maximum of two weeks.

After investigating the cause, we determined that the latest version of TrustWallet, 26.20.1, is the culprit. This is not a problem with MetakeySwap, but rather an issue with TrustWallet itself. As with many apps, updating to the latest version often brings more bugs. If the problem persists, please try connecting from a different wallet.
