It concerns me European drivers don't get checked at ports when they enter the U.K. yet when you do stop them 95% are non compliant or blatantly on the fiddle.

I do have a side note question though.
The government have spent billions "improving" the motorway network but what % of m/way user has ever had tuition to use it!

Think how many man hours are lost sitting in traffic- 1000 cars =1000 hours minimum.
Ave 40hr week = 25 weeks lost!
