It's been 2 months and I still have no idea why I received 2 macroing bans in under 2 weeks on my account 'Metal Mau' after 9 years without any offences. I don't even know what I did wrong! Please review these bans or at least tell me what happened!

It's been nearly 2 months and I'm still trying to get any kind of explanation as to why my 9 year old account 'Metal Mau' received 2 macroing bans in under 2 weeks. I'm convinced the bans were applied erroneously. Please look into this @JagexTwisted

@JagexTwisted My top 200 ironman of 9 years recently received two macroing bans in rapid succession. I have absolutely no idea what possibly could have caused either ban. I can only imagine the bans are incorrect, but any chance you can find out what I'm even accused of doing?
