My boss just gave me a warning for "being too negative" and "having a bad attitude" and told me that I need to change.
And he did make me feel that I WANT to change. Change from being the most productive and efficient worker he has, to minding my own business and nothing more.

I need a doctor's note to verify that I'm in pain, in order to not be forced to another line in the factory where I have to work with rotating equipment and with my hands above shoulder height. Neither of those are good for my shoulders. Why he does this? I have no idea.

I've been both very angry and very much in pain this week, because of some stupid idea my boss has. I have pain in my shoulders, has had for several years, and I've always been upfront with this with all my bosses. My latest boss, however, doesn't seem to believe me.

@Palle_Hoffstein I don't drink coffee, so I don't know how to translate my day in terms of coffee. But my frustration levels are skyrocketing. The company still has 40 minutes to decide if we have to work overtime tomorrow and we're all keeping our fingers crossed that they will decide against it

Just finished the last episode of season two of #hisdarkmaterials . I cried my eyes out. Lee Scoresby's death was almost exactly like in the books and just as sad. I liked Lee. And Hester. I was almost hoping they'd make it. 😥
