@airindia i learnt my lesson it was urgent i keep on asking saying my visa expiring help you said you checking and you came up for solution of pnr re issue at end of day and your manager had no idea about such
thing i spent a lot money for last day booking urgently
Hello @airindia my visa expiring today i created a case i missed my flight there was no ground staff or manager please help me i wanna book today flight
@airindia lol I'm not gonna fly air india again the disappointed it sooo sucks the way no staff was available the way manager the only agent wasn't available
@airindia when i asked the manager it's expensive any discount anything possible he had no idea and the way he said flight already in air like because he wasn't at his office for 2 hours flight departed at 11:38 he was at office at 12:00 and he had no idea about re issuing pnr or anything
@airindia Like i said you or your manager could have told me about helping me with re issueing pnr earlier but your manager had no idea your staff at philippines airport are just not fit and you gave me this solution when i already rebooked with paying a lot
@airindia Hello , you gave me re issue of PNR solution but it was when i already did rebooking in emergency my question is why your manager was unaware of Re issuing pnr solution why he insisted me to do fresh rebooking and why no ground staff was there at all even in office to help me
@airindia what kind understanding? you shared no logical explanation you just said "duly noted feedback" I had to borrow 55k to book last day flight because my visa was expiring you're not understanding my situation i have to pay 55k , if ur manager knew about re issue or cancellation
@airindia i used your airlines 2 times for philippines but not anymore, you asked me to contact ground staff when i reached airport late( an hour bfore flight) but no one there, i had to pay 53k for last day rebooking u gave me option for re issue pnr when I'm already on new flight
@airindia no show within 2 hours cancellation window get u refund yet no ground staff no manager available .. you gave me a choice re issue PNR z youur manager asked me to book fresh he had no idea about cancellations n re issue pnr flight delayed nd he wasn't available until 12 am

@MoCA_GoI Their manager saying things to me " can't do anything flight already in air" bur manager wasn't in office i reached air india office just before flight for help and they didn't even give me cancelled the manager said "rebook by app" but i got to know we can re issue pnr

- on their website it's written you can cancel ticket within 2 hours no show but not a single ground staff available even in office
- We can Reissue Pnr according to twam but I talked to their manager he had no knowledge he wasn't helping
@airindia also no ground staff available another thing, manager arrived himself late and saying stuff like " flight already in air can't do anything" like because he wasn't available in office
@airindia so basically your manager had no idea that we can cancel tickets under 2 hours no show window and that we can re issue pnr costed me 54k emergency flight
