Eth 2.0 better come fast . Before people actually start trying other options from being fed up

I've use many blockchains. The ones that stick out to me are #Ethereum and #cardano. Eth fees are just crazy , I've spent over 200+ just to transfer from one coin to another coin when the platform was busy. Cardano costs 80 to 90% less to do the same things. What am I missing ?
