We've pushed the capabilities of individual AIs to unbelievable states and continue to push further.
The next frontier is team and teams mean coordination.
Coordination among agents, coordination between the humans and AIs, and coordination between humans with their teams of AIs.

You are always giving yourself an experience. You are an experience. Question is, what kind of experience are you giving yourself?

Sharing one of the things that I've been building with AI recently: An Atlas of Personal Development.
I wanted a map showing what any modality actually develops—not stages or ratings, but functional capacities. What would deep Zen exploration teach? What does shadow work do that somatic therapy doesn't touch?

A form of love is loving people the way they want to be loved instead how you want to love them. Another is loving people the way you choose to love them even if that's not the way they want to be loved.
When/where are you doing the first vs. second?
Why/for what do you do the first vs. second?
ALL beliefs are limiting. But it's a matter of what a particular belief limits you to and what taking on a different belief frees you to experience and live.
We are in every moment givers and receivers of experience to ourselves and others.
What experience will you give yourself today of you?
Will you give yourself your playfulness?
Your creativity?
Your lovingness?
Your in-pain-ness?
Your struggle?
Your doubtfulness?

3/ Even as we're investing in AI prompt science, we're missing out on the gains of reworking our own prompting. What conversations would you have if you're playing teacher to AI about human life or having AI be your workwife?
1/ How we think of ourselves in relation to #AI (as its teacher, student, boss, friend, user, parent, tester, etc.) opens and closes different roads of relational dynamic with it AND with ourselves.
#AIalignment#consciousness
2/ We ourselves come preloaded with many "rules of engagement". Playing the role of tester v. playing the role of student as we engage with an LLM about a topic can bring us down very different paths of conversation.
We often determine what things and people are around us by what we feel about them (our inner experiences).
Until... you start to change your internal experiences without them doing a thing 😍

With AI and virtual reality, you can more easily live in the World-You-Wish-It-To-Be than the World-That-It-Is.
How similar are the two for you? Which are you living in?
It's not enough for us to grow philosopher technologists.
The textures, tastes, breadth and depth of living, are not sufficiently experienced, let alone nourished and shared by studying, understanding, analyzing.
Meta's Ego-Exo4D can make skilled physical tasks teachable through augmented reality
(e.g. someone wearing smart glasses could be coached through new skills using AI)
Meta will be the future marketplace leader for teaching physical skills, leveraging their $2 billion acquisition of Oculus VR and the fact that over half the world already uses a Meta product daily.
The need for traditional classrooms, online courses, tutors, or skilled laborers could become obsolete.
Instead, AI equipped with any vision capability along with VR (or AR devices as simple as a smartphone with a camera) could facilitate skill learning.
For example, by pointing your camera at a car, AI could guide you step-by-step through an oil change, including identifying specific bolts to turn.
Any task is at stake here, from cooking to heart surgery. The task's complexity matters less than the AI's training on proper task execution data.
Meta is making the data from this project publicly available this month.
