1/ Every 20 minutes, a new Crude Oil round opens on https://t.co/tr2QWIGOdq
You predict one price direction: UP or DOWN. That's it!

2/ When the round closes, the oracle submits the lockPrice. No more positions after this point.
The chain recorded everything. Nobody can touch it.

3/ 20 minutes later, the oracle submits the closePrice.
If closePrice > lockPrice → UP wins
If closePrice < lockPrice → DOWN wins
Simple, deterministic and on-chain.

4/ Payouts are distributed automatically.
Your payout = (your stake / total winning side) × losing pool
The more lopsided the pool — the bigger the win.

5/ No house edge eating your profits. 4% protocol fee. That's all. Everything else goes back to winners.

This is an actual problem for L1s. And it's the main reason why Cardano no matter what needs to start acquiring stake in its protocols & companies.

IMO Cardano should immediately start buying WMTX, SNEK, NIGHT, MIN, STRIKE, LQ, STUFF, IAG, FLDT and others.

It doesn't have to be much. It can be Dollar-Cost-Averaging a little bit every month. But the Treasury needs to hold its top Tokens.

This is in addition to the Treasury owning actual shares of companies through Draper Dragon.
