Here are his two recent statements...

AND

"Ethanol policy was conceived and is being implemented by the petroleum ministry and not the transport ministry headed by me."

Why is he signing files if it is not his ministry?

All govts always want to do reservation politics in education why not subsidise their education who truly deserve let us have admission based on merit rather than caste..so that undeserving people are not becoming doctors or engineera thru a rigged system..

Mr Gadkari had earlier confirmed himself that his share is 'just' 0.07% of India's ethanol production.
He now says this is a 'small' enough share to be called a 'conflict of interest'.
As per ChatGPT, this 'small' share is around Rs 50-100 Crore annually.
I don't how is this small.
And I don't know how is this not a conflict of interest.

Absolutely and the govt does not want to take action in this, just mindlessly increase ethonal in the petrol, due to this contamination cars owners are suffering , did they not study this why checking all points , and now fuel stations should bear the loss of throwing waste fuel

Manufacturers say that it is not E20 but contaminated fuel that's damaging the engines.

But where does the contaminated fuel come from?
It comes from the ground.

Ethanol is hygroscopic in nature.
And the existing underground storage tanks were designed for conventional petrol, and not for higher ethanol blends.
In the underground tanks, ethanol absorbs moisture and the fuel gets contaminated at higher blends.

The fact is that we had no preparation for ethanol. We just heard that many countries use it, so we joined the band wagon.
No comprehensive impact analysis, no in depth studies.

Who pays for this message?
Not the policy makers.
Not the fuel owners.
Not the manufacturers.
It is the vehicle owners who will pay for this immature and unplanned roll out of ethanol blending.

@mohitlaws Fine we are just comparing apples to apples if we earlier checked it on display of our cars which showed 12/13 then after E20 same display is showing 7 why? Maybe it's wrong then the earlier one was also incorrect whi has given them the right to reduce our mileage.
