Yesterday, to mark David Betts 30 years of ministry as a Pastoral Worker in Aldershot Garrison, a Service of Celebration was held at North Camp Methodist Church.

The Chaplain General and Deputy Chaplain General were delighted to share in the occasion with a large congregation.

One of the oldest London Guilds held their Epiphany Dinner this week.  The Worshipful Company of @parishclerks were joined by the Chaplain General for Evengsong at St Stephen Walbrook Church followed by dinner at Innholders’ Hall.

SSgt Navoka has become the first member of the Armed Forces admitted to the office of Local Preacher in the Methodist Church through the Armed Forces Local Preacher Scheme. The Chaplain General was delighted to attend the service and congratulate him.

The Deputy Chaplain General had the privilege of being the Inspecting Officer for 28 Squadron’s Pass Off Parade last week.

The day marked the end of 14 weeks intensive basic training for these new recruits.

Multi-national chaplains from across the NATO Response Force (NRF) recently came together for the first time at @HQARRC. During the 3-day visit they focussed on chaplaincy assistance, establishing relationships across #NATO and NRF24, and shared ideas.
