@BrianPolsky Our decision regarding the sale of parts (as we were not able to identify history of the device by its serial number or source), was the only right decision that we could make in this situation.

Probably it was the reason why he was so angry and decided to express it in the form of the post mentioned above.

@BrianPolsky Despite our requests he didn't give us serial number of the device and information where he bought it. Due to this we're not able to clarify neither year of production/sales nor warranty period.

@BrianPolsky For 27 years on the market we had just a few such situations, so we remember them very well. An entrepreneur bought one of our devices from an unknown source, apart from us and our legal distributors. At some point the device required service action and entrepreneur called us.
