What I propose:

-Ban Israel
- Limit votes to three per device
- Juries back in the semis
- 10 jurors per country (won’t change their result much but raises their credibility)
- Introduce a demoscopic jury for countries that can’t have a televote (San Marino, Andorra, Monaco)
