@BenVanheems@GrowVeg I try to grow something new every year, so this year I'm growing two squashes, Pattypan & Warty Goblin pumpkins. I'm recording the growth stages for my daughter's school. I just hope it remains as healthy as it looks now. I've never grown any type of squash!
@BenVanheems I pricked out 2 pepper seedlings without damaging them into coir, vermiculite & compost. They're in a tray on the cooler side of the heat mat & sitting on damp kitchen roll. Will the grow lights prevent leggy seedlings? The other pot has a Winter pumpkin seedling.
@BenVanheems@GrowVeg I'm still a gardening newbie but I try to plant something new every year, but I plant a lot of potatoes because my household eats a lot of potatoes! The tomatoes are vining, so will it be possible to grow peppers in the same raised bed? L 120 x W 80 x D 60cm
@BenVanheems I'm still a beginner. Last year I tried growing sweet peppers, but it took months to germinate so I only ended up with foliage before autumn came. I was so disappointed! This year I am trying again after treating myself to a heat mat. Is this a sweet pepper sprout?
Most of my flowers have been sown. But there are more in pots outside, some are sprouting. This year I'm growing sweet peppers. Those are in a propagator on a heat mat. I'm growing 2 pumpkins, Pattypan & Warty Goblin. I'm also planning to grow 2 types of tomatoes. @GrowVeg
Pea and Orzo Risotto using chicken stock. I would have added a leek from the garden, but it was too dark to go harvesting. I hope I've made it correctly π€ @jamieoliver@gennarocontaldo
From the garden to the plate: Cock-a-leekie soup.
Rather than cook the tatties in water, I just add them to cold stock & cook until there's a little give. Then I add the leek & cook until the tatties are soft, then blend. @jamieoliver@ChefTomKerridge@HairyBikers
My first attempt at raspberry doughnut balls. They're not exactly perfectly spherical, but they still tasted good. Most are in the freezer. @PaulHollywood0_
The 7th season of SWAT is finally available in the UK! I'll try to avoid spoilers. But I've been bingeing. Now, I'm not a crier, but when some thief shot one of my favourite characters, I actually gasped & cried "nooo!" then the last call started, my eyes got wet! @shemarmoore
@JensenAckles@jarpad I am bent over with tears falling from my eyes in a fit of hysterical laughter... Jumbo Shrimp. Whoever said it wasn't true about guys with long torsos had courage and total lack of decorum...and totally like me π€£
@JacksonGalaxy Hi, our cat, Sophie (17), had to be put to sleep. She had kidney failure. My daughter has asked for another. We're considering it. I suggested a Siamese. My partner wants a savannah. I think that's a bad idea. Am I right? We live in Scotland, no dangerous wildlife.
@JensenAckles Wow Jensen, what an introduction in episode one of Countdown. My taekwondo instructor would be proud. What a riot to quote "Sergeant Lambert", or should I say "it wasn't a riot, I wanna make that clear"? What a fight scene!
Well, the bug has gotten into my saved games on my console. Whole games are gone. How are EA going to sort out a bug when they don't understand where it originates from? @TheSimCommunity@TheSims@RoxxySims@JamesTurnerYT

@paolini I really hope they keep true to the books this time. I don't like it when films destroy a brilliant story. I understand it's budget, but come on, if Harry Potter was kept incredibly true to the books, apart from slight changes, Disney can do the same.
