Most of the old stores are being filled with sports ideas, dance companies, gymnastics, mostly stuff for the kids.

@loganzuber17 Also I would try and do something with the white “wainscoting”.
The horizontal lines of the siding with the vertical lines of the white front decor just don’t jive as nice.
I realize nowadays budgets are tight. However a small investment could make that front pop.

Waste of money to replace.
Curb appeal is important! I’m pretty sure the columns are not needed.
Consider doing away with the columns too.
I would focus on cleaning up the down spouts and gravel garden.
