One big thing I've learnt in hiring is if I can't suffer them even in the initial interview call, I most definitely would not want to deal with them every day in actually stressful situations.

20 min interview this morning with a cleaner who could not stop talking about how fantastic she is and how shit everyone else is always, how everyone in the valley knows her, how she has inside connections in some other franchises she has interviews with etc..
