They like to feel that way, they feel better when they act cocky, they just can’t help it and it makes nonsense for the fans to take it personal.

He lost most of his fights vs top contenders but everybody wanted 2 see him fight! It’s a known strategy that many use now, like Floyd, Broner,etc
