Very successful meet yesterday at the @niswimlsc Super Circuit in Webster hosted by PACK. 55 lifetime best times out of a possible 71 swims. Not bad after a extremely intense training week for our senior groups.

Congrats to Coach Russ Daniels on being selected as a Hall of Fame inductee to the Mexico Academy Athletic Hall of Fame. Ceremony will be tomorrow at 5:30pm outside the high school gym & pool. Hope to see lots of you there to support Coach Russ.

Reminder that Spring Session starts Tuesday April 23. Pease refer to practice calendar for training group practice times.

Tryouts for new members will be taking place Tuesday 4/23 & Thursday 4/25 from 6-7pm.

Level 1 will start next week, Monday April 29.

Special note-3 out of our 5 relay teams won, with the other 2 coming in 2nd & 5th respectively. Girls 13&14 Relay- Alexa von Holtz, Riley Baxter, Mallory Upcraft, & Carolyn Zedack qualified for Speedo Sectionals in the 200 free relay! Our first ever 13&14 relay to do so! Awesome!
