There’s always more you could be doing.
More emails. More goals. More workouts. More productivity. More everything.
Some seasons are about pushing.
Some are about sustaining.
Some are about simply getting through.
Enough doesn’t mean finished.
It just means, what you have to give today.
There will always be people who doubt your decisions, your leadership, or your ability to make an impact. That comes with the territory of serving others. But the voice you can’t afford to let be the loudest is your own self-doubt.
If you don’t believe you can, why should anyone else?
Don’t let the person who stops you be you.
Choose courage over doubt today!

I like a good circle back.
You know, someone who says “I thought more about this and I am not sure I agree with where we landed,”
It tells me that we are all committed-
To getting it right.
To making good decisions.
To standing together in the end.
I am grateful to colleagues who speak up—& care for our relationship and the work.
What will you care for today?
What we accept is what we expect.
Managing the conduct of adults requires a clear and kind approach.
This means we do not shy away from giving voice to the whispers that coworkers and colleagues might share.
This doesn’t mean everyone has to grow or get better at the same speed, but it does mean we have to address and support improvement.
What will you expect today?
@CaitlynnPeetz14 Another vote for food allergies. We decided allergy testing was out of our budget. We tried a chicken free formula since chicken is a huge allergen for dogs.
She’s been on a salmon formula ever since. No more ear infections, chewing her paws raw. But a happy healthy dog.
