I just remembered everything I went through and I’m already crying and my body is shaking .

At the dead of the night last year, after I moved to Lagos, i woke up at the dead of the night and my body went into panic mode

Why ? Because I thought I was still in that toxic environment.

When I remembered I had moved away, my body calmed down.

You don’t know what an experience like that can do to you. Your body would just randomly remember how much fear you used to live in and it will wake you up in the middle of the night.
