@vk5qi @ppapadeas Sorry for the confusion. This project coordinated directly with the local administration and the ITU. For our local administration, it is not a requirement to coordinate with IARU.

@ppapadeas @MYSAT_2 @KhalifaUni @AURAK @uaespaceagency @SatNOGS The frequencies were coordinated with ITU with the support of local administration. IARU was contacted, but we were told that they only support coordination for Amateur missions.

Surprise! Wasn't expecting anything from today's Soyuz-2-1b deployments until next orbit. Accidentally caught my first decode (1k2 BPSK) from @uaespaceagency MEZNSAT on I/Q replay - actual RX time = 1631utc. Congrats to the team!
