Update:
With 135 supporting, and 50 against, the amendment has been passed today in Hungary's National Assembly.
Prime Ministers are now limited to serve a maximum of 8 years - meaning Viktor Orban can never run again - and Peter Magyar can only serve 8 years too.
When simulation becomes the norm, it weakens the human capacity for discernment. As a result, our social bonds close in upon themselves, forming self-referential circuits that no longer expose us to reality. We thus come to live within bubbles, impermeable to one another. Feeling threatened by anyone who is different, we grow unaccustomed to encounter and dialogue. In this way, polarization, conflict, fear and violence spread. What is at stake is not merely the risk of error, but a transformation in our very relationship with truth.
I have arrived at the Sándor Palace to meet the President of Hungary.
@DrTamasSulyok is unworthy of representing the unity of the Hungarian nation. He is unfit to serve as the guardian of legality. He is not fit to serve as a moral authority or a role model.
Following the formation of the new government, Tamás Sulyok must leave office immediately.
To the Fidesz leaders, I say this:
No matter how much you pretend that nothing has happened, we know what you have done to our homeland and to the Hungarian people.
Do not doubt for a moment -
“You reap what you sow.”

“False start on the Raiders…”
“However, the Chiefs recovered a fumble after we blew the play dead, so we’re changing the flag to ‘illegal shift’ so the Chiefs can decline the penalty and let the play stand. Go Chiefs!”
Raiders owner Mark Davis in an email this weekend to ESPN: “We're Not Trading Maxx Crosby. Before Or After The Trade Deadline!!!”
