Either in friendlies or somewhere where I can vs randoms or my friends in a penalty shootout. Add like a one or two a day and if you win you get a small reward.

1. Co-op champs:
You and your bro enter on Monday combine your squad contributing half each. Play 10-20 games. Both get rewards and you have to open together to add more social element to it.

3. Improved Draft
Just out more effort into it. Improve rewards as the game cycle goes on. Add online co-op. Add special challenges or tournaments. Just put some love into it.
