@Hertz I rented in SanFran 10.30.24, 11.3.24, no problems. Today on my cr card stmt, $75 charge from Oklahoma City on 12.30.24. “Customer service” says it’s a cleaning fee, they will escalate case but I must call back in a week to hear results. Car was clean upon return.

@HertzCarCorp reposted my tweet, but I was not complimenting them on my experience nor am I impressed that they didn’t offer to call ME back after investigating the 2 month gap between me returning a clean car and a cleaning fee being charged to my card.
