@DjLebitsi@daddyhope Not at all, there's a limit you're allowed to declare as a gift. It can't exceed $1,000 plus you would have to complete the SARB mandate. Passport or formal source of funds like invoices and receipts are required if it is more than a $1,000.
@Mncwabe4Themba@HeidiGiokos Lol I know what SC stands for. Respectfully they didn't find something, they said that based in what was presented to them, there was need for deeper exploration and investigation as there was possibility of prima facie evidence imparting the president in wrong doing.
@JacintaNgobese@stephen_moatshe The verification process is done using biometrics - so if a foreigner is legal it's a matter of scanning their finger and immediately the system verifies, so +/- 25 seconds per individual is about right.
@Mncwabe4Themba@MxolisiBob Hlophe and Mkhwebane didn't challenge the reports that recommend their impeachment and subsequent removals, they both true to Hlophe the actual process. The president is having the Report reviewed, NA has to wait for the outcome of the review.
@MightiJamie ... meaning the Report is being treated as having been freshly presented hence one of the orders was that the Speaker was to present the report immediately to the President. This also means the President is within his constitutional rights to take up the Report on review.
@MightiJamie If you understood the way the law works, you would be embarrassed to be pushing this narrative which you're loudly declaring. The ConCourt judgement pressed the reset button on the entire Panel Report, so whatever happened in December '22 has been nullified...
@Zwelinzima1 Mhlonishwa the Panel Report says there may be prima facie evidence suggesting that the president may have a case to answer. OPERATIVE WORD IS "MAY" meaning could or could not.
@tumisole With all due respect, ConCourt judgement was against Parliament. S89 report didn't say he was wrong, it stated that he MIGHT have a case to answer, hence the need for further investigation by impeachment committee.
@Rodkach@UKZN There's no such thing, Einstein in all his brilliance only managed to create chaos in the world. There's no consumption with a social studies qualification, in fact it's a degree that offers advancement, creativity, innovation, & invention.
@zilevandamme You're dead right honourable, ConCourt ruling was against Parliament and not the president, S89 report states possibility of wrongdoing by the president hence need for further investigation by establishing the impeachment committee.
@Rodkach@UKZN Nothing useless with his degree choice. There's no degree which is useless. The reason why unemployment is rising is the lack of proper career guidance - most graduates are sitting on degrees they don't know the vast career opportunities aligned to their studies.
