This is beyond unacceptable now. My prepaid shipment (AWB: 1319450355467) was supposed to be delivered on 19th Nov. Today 22nd is also over, yet there is NO delivery and NO status update.
I raised a complaint on 20th Nov, and your team said “1–2 days me delivery ho jayegi” — but till now nothing has happened.
No movement, no Out for Delivery, no call… nothing.
Because of this extreme delay, my buyer is now asking me for a refund, and I am being forced to face all the consequences even though I have ZERO fault.
Your service is directly damaging my business reputation.
I need immediate resolution and delivery TODAY itself, not another false “earliest” update.

This is extremely disappointing. My prepaid shipment (AWB: 1319450355467) was supposed to be delivered on 19th Nov, for which I even paid extra charges to ensure timely delivery.
But today is 21st Nov, and your team has wrongly marked “Wrong Address”, while the same address has received parcels earlier without any issue.
This delay is causing serious damage to my brand reputation, as my customer needed this order as a gift.
I request immediate delivery today itself and a proper investigation into this negligence.
Please resolve this urgently.
