In Ladakh, there is a strong wave of public support, with unified calls for protections for tribal communities under the Sixth Schedule of the Constitution.

But like all other guarantees - 'Modi Ki Guarantee' to assure Constitutional rights to the people of Ladakh remain a colossal betrayal. It is nothing but FAKE and CHINESE in nature.

Modi Govt wants to exploit the eco-sensitive Himalayan glaciers of Ladakh and benefit its crony friends.

PM Modi's CLEAN CHIT to China after Galwan Valley, post the sacrifice of our 20 bravehearts, has emboldened expansionist nature of China at our strategic borders.

On one hand, Modi Govt has put our territorial integrity and National Security at risk, and on the other hand, it is attacking the Constitutional Rights of our own citizens of Ladakh.

Despite at least 19 rounds of one-on-one talks between PM Modi and his Chinese counterpart since 2014, Modi Govt has failed to ensure status quo ante before 2020.

China continues to occupy Indian territory at Depsang Plains, Hot Springs and Gogra regions.

The Indian National Congress remains committed to protect Ladakh and secure our National Interests at our borders.

In a sudden move, Election Commissioner Arun Goel has abruptly resigned.

The post of the other EC is vacant.

That leaves the Election Commission now with just 1 Chief Election Commissioner.

Modi Govt has introduced a new law where Election Commissioners will now be appointed with a majority vote of PM Modi & 1 Minister chosen by him.

Ergo, before 2024 Lok Sabha polls, Modi will now appoint 2 out of the 3 Election Commissioners after today’s resignation.

It is VERY shocking why the TV media isn't covering this dreadful matter from UP 👇

Last week, bodies of 2 minor girls were found hanging from a tree in Kanpur, UP. The girls had allegedly been gangraped and then died by suicide.

And now, just yesterday, the dead body of the father of 1 of the victims was found in Hamirpur.

It is alleged that the family of the accused in the gang rape of the 2 minor girls were harrassing him to withdraw the case which forced him to take his own life.

Why are the @NCWIndia & @NCPCR_ soundly sleeping? Is it because UP is a BJP-ruled state and, therefore, the lives of the 2 minors who died after being gangraped and whose father died after harrasment don't matter?

I wish to ask NCW chairperson @sharmarekha whether her convenient silence & inaction on this case, because it's a BJP state, does not "defame India"?

Is this Modi & BJP's "Naari Shakti"? Why haven't any "fact finding teams" gone to Kanpur yet? If they had, the death of the father could've been easily avoided. Are "fact finding teams" solely meant for West Bengal?

Today is International #WomensDay.

And it is a matter of great shame that such an incident not only happened but also that it is being brushed away and buried.

I've written to the Addl CP (L&O), Kanpur Police demanding that the families of the 2 minor victim girls who were gangraped & died be IMMEDIATELY provided with adequate police security cover until the chargesheet is filed in the case.
