@BeeNiBee@davidcullinane Yes of course trans rights are human rights. They have all the human rights that other in their sex class has. So transwomen have the same sex-based rights as all other men.
@greenparty_ie I am sad that I can no longer vote for the Green Party. Your misogynistic policies that support males identifying into female spaces mean I can no longer vote for any Green candidate.
@NewstalkFM With precocious puberty the child goes through puberty at the normal age. Puberty blockers either delay or prevent puberty (if followed by cross-sex hormones). There are many physical and cognitive side effects, some reversible, some irreversible, some unknown if reversible 2/2
@NewstalkFM Your guest claiming that puberty blockers are no different to treatment of precocious puberty was being very misleading. Yes, the drug is the same. However, the purpose, duration and timing is very different leading to very different effects.

@ColetteColfer I agree.
I condemn the actions of Israel. I also condemn the actions of Hamas. How, peace can only be achieved by dialogue and connection.
@drquinngyn So men and women without periods (post menopausal, on certain contraception or no periods for other reasons) have a better quality of life than women with periods.
I suspect there are too many confounding variables in those groupings to accurately determine the cause.
@RevDaniel Excellent response.
Unless you're posting photos/videos of the two of you having sex, you're not shoving your sexuality in people's faces. And that would obviously be just as unacceptable for a straight person.
Love the dog.
@dublinwellwoman The word you're looking for is women.
Simple, clear language is essential to ensure vulnerable women get treatment. "People with ovaries" is not clear
@sea_sianty @BirdyBooky@dublinwellwoman There are significantly more women who may not understand the language than transmen/non-binary females. Why exclude a larger group of vulnerable women, particularly when the minority know they have ovaries.
If you want to be inclusive, refer to women and others with ovaries.
@sea_sianty @BirdyBooky@dublinwellwoman No it's not. Women with ovaries is the target audience.
Using language that excludes vulnerable members of you audience results in those who most need it not getting treatment.
@greenparty_ie @BrianLeddin @RoisinGarvey We've seen how @rodericogorman and the rest of your tiny party has attempted to destroy women's rights to safety, dignity and fairness.
We've seen how he diverts funds from magdalene survivor and traveller groups to trans activists.
We will hopefully see you out of power soon
@ray_cun You found a party who define a woman as anyone who says they are one even if they have a penis.
You found a party of misogynists who have thrashed women's rights to safety, dignity and fairness.
You found a party I voted for previously but no longer can due to their misogyny
