@MercedesBenz I went to the service center again now, and still no solution! I am sorry to say this but your colleagues as much as they are polite they are unable to solve my issues ..and I was told by the service manager that the people who can help me are in the UK !

@mercedesbenzkw The worst service ever!!!! I received my car 10 days ago roughly, on had the chance to drive it twice as its system is faulty, gone to the service center 4 times, my experience is going from bad to worse and I haven't received my car until now, I lost my faith in the brand
