If there was any doubt why our nursing staff can take no more just read this account. Of course I’m not at all surprised that staff are terrified to speak out. Even after taking strike action to secure safe staffing nothing has happened. It’s just got worse.
We live in a country where suicide is the single biggest killer of boys and young men. There is something wrong with our society. And we need to fix it.

So @NHS_HealthEdEng to be merged with @NHSEngland. It was created because of the NHS tendency to plunder training budgets...creating the workforce crisis we have now.
Admittedly, HEE has been pretty dire, but it has also been consistently undermined.
