Satellite images taken in La Guaira State, the area hardest hit by the double #earthquake that struck #Venezuela on Wednesday, June 24, have revealed the scale of the devastation in the country. As the search for survivors goes on the death toll from the quakes continues to rise, with at least 589 people killed and nearly 3,000 injured.

NTSB has released a new animation showing how the left engine separated from the wing of the UPS MD-11F crash in Louisville.

On Nov. 4, 2025, UPS Flight 2976 crashed moments after takeoff from Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport, killing all 3 crew members and 11 people on the ground, while injuring 23 others.

CCTV is circulating on social media of the moment United Airlines 767-400 struck a truck before landing at Newark Liberty International Airport on Sunday.

New Jersey State Police say the bottom of the plane and a landing gear tire collided with a light pole and a truck, while the Federal Aviation Administration were at the airport on Monday morning as part of the ongoing investigation.

A photo has been posted on social media showing the moment United Airlines flight 169 struck a semi-truck on final approach to Newark Liberty International Airport yesterday.

The truck driver has since been released from hospital the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey said in a statement.

United Airlines said the crew has been removed from duty and maintenance staff are examining the aircraft. "We will conduct a rigorous flight safety investigation," the airline said.

Kuwait’s Ministry of Defense says “several United States military aircraft crashed” on Monday and that “all crew members survived.”

The statement comes after videos showed a fighter jet crashing in Kuwait and a pilot parachuting to the ground.

“Relevant authorities immediately initiated search-and-rescue operations,” Kuwait’s defense ministry spokesperson Col. Said Al-Atwan said in the statement.

“The crews were evacuating from the crash sites and transferred to hospital to assess their condition and provided necessary medical care,” he said.

SunExpress Boeing 737-8HC main landing gear collapses while taxiing to the runway at Antalya Airport, Turkey.

In a statement the airline said, "On our flight XQ7646, which will operate our Antalya-Gaziantep flight, a technical malfunction occurred in the landing gear strut during taxiing. All our passengers have been safely evacuated and the aircraft has been taken for technical inspection. Our flight will be carried out with a different plane in order not to victimize our passengers."
