@rajtoday Nothing new, I guess! I have so many "never replied to" messages and unanswered calls from IAS officers, who feel they are entitled enuff! Ask them a tricky question and they ignore (educated runaways), but will gloat over a cover page and exclusive interview!

Looks like #Goa is the worst impacted with the Gas Cylinder issue. No one is answering calls at the concerned Gas Agency, North Goa. No concrete replies. Even after 20 days of confirmation, its not delivered yet!

MCA Update – 01.12.2025

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has revised the definition of Small Company.
Effective 01.12.2025, a company will now be treated as a Small Company if:
✔ Paid-up Capital ≤ ₹10 Cr
✔ Turnover ≤ ₹100 Cr
(Both conditions must be satisfied.)

This change brings more MSMEs under the Small Company category — reducing compliance burden and simplifying processes. Key benefits include:
• Simplified filing
• Lower penalties
• Exemptions from certain board processes
