First, they sell you their basic plan and fail to deliver on the services offered.

Then you get a call from their agent promising to solve your problems - IF you buy a planner that costs more.

On their website - they promise to give you genuine owner contacts but in reality, they give you a connection via NoBroker to the owners.

If you call on that number - the owner will only be notified in the most non-intrusive manner - and likely miss the notifications.
